APLU's CICEP Group Readying Economic Impact Framework

Woodell says since the beginning, APLU institutions have made significant contributions to their local and state economies but stakeholders don't always recognize these contributions.

Among those APLU members participating in CICEP, a frequent discussion centers on the idea that we simply do not do a good enough job telling our story. We are so focused on carrying out the learning, discovery, and engagement missions of our institutions that we do not take the time to frame our contributions in terms of the economy.
